Ugnė Danielė Reikalaitė is a young musician and singer songwriter, based in Barcelona, Spain. She is currently working on various ongoing music projects in Barcelona such as Estacion del Este, La Voodoo, Desafinado Duo and her main project-band Balkumbia, which is well known inside and outside of Spain.
In her performances she effortlessly blends her love for traditional music, gathered during continuous travels around the world, with well known classics and her own creative improvisations in a collection of songs that conjure up a warm and enchanting musical experience.
Delicate acoustic guitar together with a unique, soft and jazzy singing style evoke an ethereal sensation. The warm languor of her voice is often compared to singers such as Lhasa de Sela, Hindi Zahra or Violeta Parra.
